Take Breaks From Creative Work

Creative individuals should take breaks during their activity when they feel that creativity starts to fade away. It is advised to step away from the working process in order to analyze the work done from a distant perspective. By making short halts, you can refresh abstract thinking and keep up with the originality of your work.

To put this into practice, be sure to make pauses as you complete certain elements of your work and take a 20 or 30 minute break. Then return with a fresh mind and reinforced creativity.
